Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 90-day free period?
Your account converts to read-only archive mode. All your data is retained and searchable — you just can't create new applications or drafts without upgrading. Your data is fully portable on exit (CSV + JSON export available at any time).
Is Grants.gov S2S available on all plans?
S2S submission is available on Growth and Scale. It requires a SAM.gov registration (UEI + CAGE code) for your organization and AOR authorization. BlueGrant holds the platform-level S2S cert — you don't need to apply for one yourself.
What is the Grant Credit Guarantee?
On Growth and Scale: submit at least 3 applications through BlueGrant in any 12-month window and win nothing — you receive $500 in BlueGrant Services credit. This is a customer satisfaction guarantee, not a contingency or percentage-of-award arrangement. BlueGrant never charges a percentage of any award.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On Starter, the 90-day full refund applies if you cancel within the first 90 days of a paid subscription.
What is the Partner / white-label tier?
Partner is available for consulting firms and nonprofit collaboratives who want to brand BlueGrant as their own product and serve sub-clients. Custom pricing, starts around $1,499/month. Currently in limited availability — contact us to be added to the waitlist.
Does BlueGrant share my data with other organizations?
No. Your organizational profile, drafts, and submissions are never shared with or used to benefit another tenant. Free-tier research behavior and anonymized outcomes (no org identity, no draft content) contribute to the shared Knowledge Graph. This is disclosed in the ToS. Paid tiers can opt out entirely.
